Appreciate What You Have Achieved

Team Meeting on 29 June 2015
Advice to my colleagues.

1. To make company growth and have a proper management, you have to set up 4 main systems to use in your Company effectively:

  • Manage HR management process 
  • Manage Administration process
  • Manage Sale/Purchase process
  • Manage Accounting process
All of these 4 points are relating with each other closely. They are in one set together. If there is any points not works then it will affect to all operations. So they 4 must work by each department effectively.

When it works smoothly then I think that every projects, tasks will be worked out very fast and easier. The input and output will never be interrupted anymore. Our staffs also have confident and motivation to do their works comfortably. 

2. Team, do you know?
You must value products which you are developing, when you value it then the market will offer you very expensive price after completed. 

If you do it without confident or you do it without value, then market will offer you the cheapest price after ended.

Finally I believe strongly that you all will commit to complete our applications with the best quality and usable.

Real Experts Cannot Work Under Pressure Management Without Leadership Awareness

Don't wait until the outstanding employees place a resignation letter and leave from you then you just feel to persuade them. But you should have a good strategy, respect principles and have a proper management in your company.

How to become a "WINNER"

Message to my colleagues on 22nd June 2015

Team, Do you know?

On behalf of manager of the company, I would express that I also feel very regret to work with such dumb customers.

(1).Very slow decision making, (2).no proper management, (3).no collaboration, (4).no active, (5). Selfish (6). very aggressive; (7). and no adaptation; those are named "Idiot Customers".

To become a "winner" it is not easy but very tough to try; it needs more patient and higher commitment.

To cross the tough route and to beat "idiot people", I still need your try all the best.

Even though we've got "Game Over" often almost of the time, but please try to play it again & again. We will win it shortly, I believe.
