"I've served a work in one organization that I've learned new experience with toxic working environment where superior management team do not have accountability enough rather than drop a stone or pass ball to each other.... that is I called shiiiiiiit leadership that I've never met before.
I told them that "You meet real weapon, man". I pay respect, take responsibility and follow the company rule & policy well. When people are crazy to me, I told them that "you meet real weapon, guys!!!"
Toxic working environment produces toxic people for sure.
Why they cannot be aligned each other, fight for truth and clarify everything before get things started? Why you guys are so scared of people that you're working with, as they are human being, man!!!!!
Don't be afraid of being terminated or receive warning .... you know! this is never in my head at all. Remember: When I do work, I do it hard... but when I stop doing it, I will resign. That's all!!!!! It is very simple, man".
