I believe that each people absolutely have different mindset from one to another.
One thing, they need the same is reputation. Reputation is reflected to people's value.
People live around the world have their personal value, of course. So we need to respect the value as a human, share respectful behavior to each other rather than using bad words, or blame them without a reason.
When we respect, defend them or give them a warm while they are our employees then we will become a good leader as always.

Changes to Improve A Lot of Works
Life is so short, we don't know when the world lose us!

Every of kind, morality and honesty people mostly get more pressure at workplace environment while that company is less of policy & rules' respect.
Those kind people, they like to help whom around them all the time as needed. Sometime they tell about the technique how to do, and sometime they help to implement tasks directly instead.
When we have got a such kind mind in our heart and we often pity people around us every time like this, we will return back the most pressure in life such as no time enough for community meetup, family, friends and personal relax at all.
For me, as experiences I like to help a lot of friends, employees or other people who ask for helps from me. I love to teach them, I love to help them and frequently those people always get motivation from me, of course.
I've worked for several organization, local & international companies over 10 years until now, I manage many companies in the same time, but let's keep the difficult works at apart of my heart and keep slowly resolving it. Customers & Investors are the most challenge for me because they want the easier & the best thing done smoothly to regenerate as much as money as they want.
My challenge is when going to have a meeting with customers & investors and listen to their comments and feedback. I'm so shy of them when I cannot complete projects on time as scheduled.
There are some projects are very sensitive which we cannot assign the team to handle directly, so only us alone to groom it and fix accordingly.
I always tell myself that "We're a human, we were born to help to resolve the problems, so please don't get bored with those.". This sentence is keeping motivation for me all the time and thank to whom that got experience as me.

Drupal 7: Forbidden error for files in the files directory

The problems, however, start when the browser is trying to access these files.
Problem #1. The FollowSymLinks option causes me an Internal Server Error because my hosting provider has disabled use of this directive. In my environment I know I can safely comment this line out just like I did in the main .htaccess file in the Drupal installation directory. This is because the FollowSymLinksIfOwnerMatch is enabled instead. One down, one to go.
Problem #2. The content of the .htaccess file is now effectively as follows:
SetHandler Drupal_Security_Do_Not_Remove_See_SA_2006_006
Options None
If I comment out Options None, I can access the files as intended. This configuration change is, however, something that I am not going to do unless I know for sure that Apache is configured safely - I don't want to open my site for remote arbitrary code execution.

I agree that a custom validator would be best, but if you do need to do it on the client side, you can use the ValidatorEnable function.

- Manage HR management process
- Manage Administration process
- Manage Sale/Purchase process
- Manage Accounting process
All of these 4 points are relating with each other closely. They are in one set together. If there is any points not works then it will affect to all operations. So they 4 must work by each department effectively.
When it works smoothly then I think that every projects, tasks will be worked out very fast and easier. The input and output will never be interrupted anymore. Our staffs also have confident and motivation to do their works comfortably.
2. Team, do you know?
You must value products which you are developing, when you value it then the market will offer you very expensive price after completed.
If you do it without confident or you do it without value, then market will offer you the cheapest price after ended.
Finally I believe strongly that you all will commit to complete our applications with the best quality and usable.

To become a "winner" it is not easy but very tough to try; it needs more patient and higher commitment.
To cross the tough route and to beat "idiot people", I still need your try all the best.

Communication Makes Your Success
Monthly meeting with colleagues on 30 April 2015.
First of all, I said thank for joining the meeting and then I started the meeting, speaking to all employees to let them raise up the issues, difficulty, proposal or requests because I want to hear, I want to know what is their problem in this month. Everyone can complain from the security bodyguard, cleaner, cooker up to management level.
To do that is to allow me understand what is in your mind, what you can do and what you cannot do. This is the best time everyone can say, tell me then I will try all best to help you all.
On behalf of a leader that is managing a whole business operations it is really not easy. There are many issues need to be resolved. If we cannot solve on time then it will become seriously quarrel in the company.
In order to unite employees to work together with a good cooperation, I stated that there are main 3 ways to do:
1. Adaptation: it is very important for us when we can work together, talk to each other and especially adapt to the company's policies & rules. If we do not adapt to the HR/Admin Rules, there will make more messy, complexity and many problems happen and those will stop the company growing up, make it very slow progress.
2. Respect: As human being, we need to respect each other. Respect meant that we give value to each other when we value people around us it's like we make more friendship. Friendship & relationship makes our feel very fresh and always smile. In the meanwhile when everyone respect Company's rules/policies it's like you respect me as a GM. If you do not respect Company's rules it is like you are throwing your GM into garbage bin. I respect you and you respect me then the world will be beautiful and full of peaceful. That called "BALANCE", Nobody is a loser but we all are the winner together.
3. Communication: we have some problem regarding the communication now. When you go outside or come to work late you never call contacting HR/Admin. If you keep doing like this then your work performance will go down. When you have urgent personal work to do outside or if you know that you will come to work late please contact HR/Admin to let them know where you are. I informed to all of my colleagues that in order to avoid from putting more pressure to you all, I would suggest you learn how to communicate with HR/Admin when you come late. You can drop a message or tell your workmate about your late to HR department. I think that this is a good way you all should accept and start practice from now onward effectively. "Communication" will make your success!!!
All above is some how to coordinate teamwork to make sure they do not get angry or unsatisfied with the company policies so I have to find a middle way, balance between colleagues and company properly and accurately.
When a leader have a open mind, respectful attitude, friendly and skilful which is the needs of employees. Employees they like freedom and easy. Of course I'm providing those to them.

This morning, 03 October 2014, I had a meeting with my teamwork to discuss about work progresses and new strategies.
I gave them some advices as follow:
"To do a business is like taking care of your flowers. If you don't water it then It's going to die soon, if you water it everyday then It will grow up more faster but if it grows up only leaves and stems without having fruitage it is still useless. To water it to expect for fruitage if no fruitage then watering it for what!
I take care of businesses in our Company is like watering flowers. I have to follow up, move it forward to the market successfully which customers can know and understand about it clearly. Particularly they can use it usefully, and after they can use it happily & confidently then we will get more benefits and revenues from them.
What I think at the first it is our customers, secondly I think of my employees and thirdly I take care of investors & shareholders, a whole company's business that I'm managing."

Here are some step-by-step instructions on how to compile iTextSharp
for use in a partially-trusted-caller environment such as that found on
GoDaddy hosted servers.
Step 1. Download the source.

As of this writing, the current version available is 5.0.6. Newer source should always be available at this site.
2. Expand the ZIP file to get access to the C# Solution/Project files.

3. Open the Solution in Visual Studio.

Benefit of Music
There are four things to make your life more happiness and smile to people around all the time.
1. Have affordable money
2. Have a good job
3. Sports
4. And can play music
I'd like to have all these in my life especially I love music, guitar since I was young. I can sing the songs when I was 15years old. I like to listen to the songs after study and works.
I also like playing sports like football and volleyball is my skill, i can play it the best and I play in the role of striker position.
I can also play Guitar, I like it and I'm learning it everyday.
Life is like wonderful!!!

Three Things Make Company Changes And Growth
I've been as a team leader for several years already. The people work under my leadership and management they always get happy and get the motivation. They work very committed and follow the project schedule that I put for them.
The successful company, that doesn't mean we depend on we've got powerful man or we're a billionaire or we are the richest in the world but it exactly depends on the people around us how to make the people our employees have the real commitment in the company and how to motivate them.
There are three things I'd always like to stick in my mind to lead my teamwork:
1. Make a "Love"
I always love my employees, my developers team and all in the company, we work together we have to believe each other because we have only one way to go and accomplish the only one vision for the company so we need to make more "Love" to everyone.
2. Make a "Like"
I always like every ideas proposed by my employees I like their innovation, their good faith, creative and commitment. I always accept their experiences and explanation because we are a team we need to adapt each other, support ideas each other. Sometime the leader's ideas are not correct all the time, there are some wrong and some right. So I like everyone's comment, idea and shares. Employees like to stay very comfortable and open.
3. And "Care"
I care of my employees especially their health, so we need to make sure our company environment is staying very healthy and comfortable. I care of their works, codes and problem so when I care of them I will understand their work much and much then I can manage, resolve and help them on time.
Employees need our care, employees need freedom so that the leader must have a kind of democratic leadership in their self and open mind to everyone in the company so that is to make them more confident and they will never scare of us anymore otherwise they will care of us back, exactly.

My Mother Taught Me How To Read & Write
When I was in grade 2 and 3, I was not be able to read and write character well at all.
My life and every things I have today because of my mother, she gave me all of every things, knowledge, advices, and motivation.
When I was 8-9 years old, she taught me how to read and write every evening around 6pm to 7pam (one hour per day) after dinner.
She was not lazy to spend her time with me at all, one hour in every evening she stood behind and told me when I read some word wrongly. Sometime she hit me when I cannot remember the words correctly, the tear was falling down a little but I committed to understand what she tried to teach me.
After 1 year later, I can write and read very well. I can read book and write letter. To see that my mother was so happy because she expected that I can learn other thing by myself later on.
Now I can do every things by myself, I create something new and different to reach successful in my life. I do hope that my mother still stand next to me all the time to look at my success and achievement.
Mother!!! all of these achievement are yours, if without you I will get nothing till today.
Mother!!! You born me, you looked after me and you also taught me. Finally you cannot wait to see what I've got successful for you. :'(

She was not lazy to spend her time with me at all, one hour in every evening she stood behind and told me when I read some word wrongly. Sometime she hit me when I cannot remember the words correctly, the tear was falling down a little but I committed to understand what she tried to teach me.
After 1 year later, I can write and read very well. I can read book and write letter. To see that my mother was so happy because she expected that I can learn other thing by myself later on.
Now I can do every things by myself, I create something new and different to reach successful in my life. I do hope that my mother still stand next to me all the time to look at my success and achievement.
Mother!!! all of these achievement are yours, if without you I will get nothing till today.
Mother!!! You born me, you looked after me and you also taught me. Finally you cannot wait to see what I've got successful for you. :'(

Install the Flash plugin in Linux (ubuntu) to view videos, animations and games
Adobe Flash Player is a plugin that allows browsers such as Firefox
to display Flash media on web pages. Flash is often used for
animations, videos and games. This article explains how to install
Flash.
Installing the Flash plugin manually
- Go to the Flash Player download page at Adobe.com.
- When prompted, save the file (i.e. install_flash_player_"version"_linux."processor".tar.gz).
- At the top of the Firefox window, click on the File menu and select Quit
- Open a Terminal window (in Gnome, click on the Applications menu, select Accessories, and then select Terminal.)
- In the Terminal window, change to the directory where you saved the file you downloaded (e.g. cd /home/user/Downloads).
- Extract libflashplayer.so from the file you downloaded with the command tar -zxvf install_flash_player_"version"_linux."processor".tar.gz.
- As the super user, copy the extracted file, libflashplayer.so, to your Firefox installation directory's plugins sub-directory. For example, if Firefox is installed in /usr/lib/mozilla, use the command sudo cp libflashplayer.so /usr/lib/mozilla/plugins and then enter your super user password when prompted.
