Developers actually could design software and coding by following various technique or they don't even exactly know what approach they are using to develop the software at all. Normally they just do by their previous experience and follow their teammates.

Have you ever heard about Pair Programming and Mob Programming before? and which approach does it really suit with software development at your company?

Let's see the definition of both approaches as the following:

1. Mob programming (informally mobbing) (aka. ensemble programming) is a software development approach where the whole team works on the same thing, at the same time, in the same space, and at the same computer. [Wikipedia]

2. Pair programming is an agile software development technique in which two programmers work together at one workstation. One, the driver, writes code while the other, the observer or navigator, reviews each line of code as it is typed in. The two programmers switch roles frequently. While reviewing, the observer also considers the "strategic" direction of the work, coming up with ideas for improvements and likely future problems to address. This is intended to free the driver to focus all of their attention on the "tactical" aspects of completing the current task, using the observer as a safety net and guide. [Wikipedia]

Nothing Lasts Forever in This Digital World

I believe that nothing happened without reason and nothing lasts forever. One day it absolutely will be changed. As same as #Messi30 recently transferred to PSG, he seems like shaking the world and shocked his fans globally. I'm sure that this is a right decision for France, Paris football club's economic will potentially get growth, and popular to another step.

Our life, career and love are the same situation, it never lasts forever. One day we will lose it from our life. So, what we have to do is starting to share our respect, have a kindness for one to another. Especially contribute what we have to other people for a better growth.

Innovative of technologies are being invented every seconds and new tech created in every day it changes so fast. As a geek, you must adopt and adapt to these new trends and learning something new as much as possible because nothing lasts forever!!!!

Right Tool for Organization Roadmap Management

I have been working with many organization in various business industries, I saw that technology implementation in their companies actually are very old school they mostly utilized incorrect tool to manage their data and planning. Most of MS Excel file is used to manage everything including financial & budgeting, project management, feedback or backlog management as well as product roadmap. 

When we use incorrect tool to manage data it will affect to our productivity slow down and especially has no efficiency and no teamwork collaboration. 

If you are on the top level of management, there is one Tool recommended to help you for product roadmap management it is easier to keep tracking your features priority planning effectively, it's called "ProductBoard". Since I'm starting to use this tool I feel that it is really powerful and help my work a lot. No more mistake occurred again since all data has been storing on the cloud-based ProductBoard system.

Yahoo Mail Made Me So Disappointed

It is the first email service I was using since I started my journey in University of Computer Science in 2002. All emails had been stored in Yahoo such as my lecture's assignment, University trips and photos with my classmates during bachelor degree for four years.

Especially I used it to communicate with my girlfriend where she was studying at Malaysia (now she is my wife). I had lovely stories with her a lot. We had many sweet emails and photos while we were in teen. Every time, I was bored most of the time, just sign into the Yahoo and read older messages and looked at old photos it made me a lot of power and happiness.

After left Yahoo Mail for few years, I felt to sign in and find my old memories with her then everything were gone :( , I'm so disappointed. Technology fooled me! I hopefully trusted on it but at the end of the day it fooled me, they just updated terms of condition and policy and wiped out all of user's personal mails and things. I thought that it is not only me had this experience but others also hurt by Yahoo.

What is Operator Framework?

 

The goal of an Operator is to put operational knowledge into software.
